Melbourne Hot Sauce was founded in November 2013 with a clear vision of bringing something new to the hot sauce scene. Owner & founder Richard Nelson has drawn on his 20 years experience as a chef to create a range of sauces for everyday culinary use.
Depth,balance & flavour are key, with a focus on simple, clean & pronounced flavours. We believe in using fresh, local quality ingredients with no added thickeners, fillers, extracts, additives or preservatives.
Super hot chilli 70% (Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion, Bhut Jolokia, Habanero), white wine vinegar, chipotle (chilli, tomato, vinegar, onion, garlic, paprika, canola oil), lemon, sugar, salt.
