Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 150g
- Eggs 2
- Milk 200ml
- Granulated sugar 30g
- Baking powder 8g
- A pinch of salt
- Melted butter 20g
- Fresh blueberries as needed
- Honey /maple syrup for topping
Instructions
- Crack eggs into a bowl, add sugar and salt, and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add milk and melted butter, then mix well.
- Sift in flour and baking powder, fold with a spatula until smooth and lump-free.
- Preheat a pan over low heat, brush with a little oil, pour in batter, and place a few blueberries on top.
- Flip when bubbles form and edges set, cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve with honey or maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
