Preparation Time: Less than 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add the sugar and whisk in the eggs and milk until you have a smooth batter. Set the mix aside.
Heat a non-stick pan and melt a little butter. Place about 3 spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan per pancake.
Cook until golden brown, then turn over to colour the other side. Remove and keep warm on a large plate.
Add the strawberries and vanilla syrup to a separate pan and quickly but gently warm through. Pour the mixture over the pancakes and top with vanilla ice cream for serving.
